To Register:

To register, call us at 610-584-4200 or you may register online. No deposit is required at the time of registration. Should you need to obtain district approval, please list Gratz College as the course provider. By act of registration, students accept responsibility for charges for the course. All classes have limited enrollment, so we encourage you to register early. All registrations are processed on a first received basis.

Registration Information:

Tuition is $1167 per course. Online courses are subject to an additional $75 technology fee. Approximately 10 days before the start of class, you will receive an invoice from Gratz College with instructions for the payment procedure. Payments are due no later than 3 days before the start of class. Payment can be made by check (payable to Gratz College), e-check or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a convenience fee of 2.598%. Books must be purchased separately. Please visit the Gratz website for a listing of required books.

Adds and Late Registrations:

Registrations for on site/face to face classes will be accepted until the published course start time. For online classes, registrations will be accepted until six days after the published start date.

Refunds and Withdrawals:

For on site/face to face courses, no refunds will be issued for withdrawals or transfers made after the first three (3) hours of class. For online courses, no refunds will be made for withdrawals or transfers made after the Wednesday after the published class start date. A $25 administrative charge will be assessed for withdrawals made prior to the published course registration deadline.

Graduate Credit/ACT 48 Reporting:

All courses, unless otherwise noted, award 3 graduate credits from Gratz College. Each 3 graduate credits earn 90 ACT 48 hours. If you have provided your Professional Personal Identification (PPID) number, your ACT 48 credits will be automatically posted, after grade reports are issued.


All students will receive a grade report for each completed course. Reports for in-person classes could take up to four weeks.  Transcripts may be obtained by visiting the student records page on the Gratz College website or by calling student records at 215-635-7300 x157. There is a $10 fee for the first transcript and $5 for each additional transcript ordered.
