To Register by Mail: You may register by mail using the enclosed registration form.  Please make checks payable to Gratz College, but mail your form and payment to:  Bob Randall Associates, Inc. P.O. Box 287, Kulpsville, PA. 19443.

Registration information:  Tuition for each 3 credit course is $1167.00.    An additional $75 technology fee is due for each online course. All registrations are processed on a first-received basis, so we encourage you to enroll early.  The tuition is due in full one week prior to the start of class.  Changes made after the scheduled start of a course are not eligible for a refund or transfer.   In the event that Bob Randall Associates, Inc. cancels a class, you may transfer to another class at no additional charge or receive a full refund. 

Course Requirements:  Each course offered by Bob Randall Associates, Inc. focuses on strategies which can be used in the K-12 classroom.  Final projects required for a grade will demonstrate these strategies.  All required work for in-person classes must be submitted within two weeks of the final course session.  Online assignment deadlines are outlined in each course syllabus.  Sessions canceled due to inclement weather, etc. will be rescheduled.  You can expect to receive a grade report approximately four (4) weeks after the last session.

Transcripts:  You will receive a grade report after each course.  If you require an official transcript you may obtain one electronically by visiting  A fee of $10 is required for the first transcript and $5 each additional transcript.  

Graduate Credit/ACT 48 Reporting:  All courses qualify for 3 graduate credits issued by Gratz College.  Each course also qualifies for 90 ACT 48 hours.  Forms are available at each class to request the posting of your ACT 48 credits.  You must provide your Professional Personal Identification (PPID) number in order to have your credits posted with the PA Department of Education.
